Game  Plan No. 2 . . . has 2 components . . .

1.  Stock  " Slices "

Wall Street Firms have developed a new Investment "Tool" that allows new and existing investors to purchase a "Fraction" of a share of Stock or ETF or Index . . . starting as low as $5.

2.  Index  ETFs

 1.

Stock  " Slices "

New investors can go to a Firm that offers the Stock "Slice" Program, open an account, deposit the amount you wish to invest and purchase  $5 of a Stock, ETF or Index.  The "Fraction" of what you purchase will sit in your account until you decide to sell it or purchase more of it.

Stock Market "Indexes" are made up of many individual stocks. As example, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is made up of 30 individual stocks.  The S&P 500 is made up of  500 individual stocks, and the NASDAQ  100 is made up of 100 individual stocks.  Rather than investing thousands of dollars to own any of these 3 Indexes, Exchange Traded Funds were invented know as ETFs.  The ETFs would purchase all the stocks in the Indexes and using formulas would calculate the combined price of  all the individual stocks. The formulas used would allow the price of the ETF to be a small fraction of the total cost of all the stocks in the Index.  This allowed investors to purchase all the stocks in the 3 Indexes for a fraction of the combined stock prices while keeping the ratio of the price changes for each of the individual stocks.

The ETF that represents the Dow Jones Industrial Average is " DIA ". The ETF that represents the S&P 500 is " SPY ", and the ETF that represents the NASDAQ is " QQQ ".  The ETF's trade just like stocks, are listed on Exchanges, and change in price that reflects the change in the prices of all the individual stocks added together.  And since the new "  Slices "  tool available to investors allows investors to purchase a fraction of an ETF, you can now purchase at fraction of the DIA, the SPY and the QQQ with as little as $5.  This means you can own a fraction of the 30 stocks in the Dow Jones for $5, or a fraction of the 500 stocks in the S&P 500 for $5, or a fraction of the 100 stocks in the NASDAQ for $5.
