to  8%  dividend / distribution  paid  in  cash  each  month .

 - How  to  invest  as  little  as  $5  and  receive  up

GamePlan2.jpg

Game  Plan No. 1  . . . has 2 components . . .

1.  Stock  " Slices "

Wall Street Firms have developed a new Investment "Tool" that allows new and existing investors to purchase a "Fraction" of a share of Stock or ETF or Index . . . starting as low as $5.

2.  Monthly Pay ETFs

 1.

Stock  " Slices "

New investors can go to a Firm that offers the Stock "Slice" Program, open an account, deposit the amount you wish to invest and purchase  $5 of a Stock, ETF or Index.  The "Fraction" of what you purchase will sit in your account until you decide to sell it or purchase more of it.

As example, lets say you are interested in purchasing $5 worth of an ETF that pays a cash dividend / distribution each month.  We will use the BlackRock High Yield ETF trading around $11 per 1 share.  Your $5 will purchase 454  fraction of  1 share.  The symbol for this ETF is HYT.  HYT pays $ . 0779 cash dividend / distribution each month for 1 share.  Since you own  . 454 fraction of  1 share, you will receive  $ . 0353 cash each month.

Now lets calculate what return you will earn on your  $5 investment.  The $ . 0353  you receive in cash each month equals $ . 424 per year is an  Annual  Return of  8.48% on you original  $5 investment.

 2.

Monthly  Pay  ETFs

Now we need to talk about 2 factors when considering  " Monthly Pay  ETFs ". Just like any Stock, ETF or Index, this ETF is subject to price change.  HYT has traded as high as 12.69 and as low as 10.67 over the last 12 months.  This means after you purchase a fraction of an ETF, you can hold it as long as you wish to receive the monthly cash dividend / distribution regardless of where the price goes.  And, if you decide to sell your fraction of 1 share, it could be trading at a lower price which would result in a loss, or you could sell it at a higher price which would result in a profit . . . plus what ever monthly cash dividend / distributions you have received each month during the time you held it.

Therefore , considering Monthly Pay  ETFs  should include past price movement and monthly cash  dividends / distribution amounts.

And the 2nd  factor is the amount of the monthly cash dividend / distribution the ETF pays each month.  When deciding which Monthly Pay ETF you want to invest in, reviewing the amount of the monthly cash dividend / distribution should be considered.  As example,  the monthly dividend / distribution for HYT totaled  $ 7.26 per 1 share in 2015, 2016 and 2017, went up to $ 7.36  in 2018, up again to $ 7.57 in 2019, and finally up to $ 8.08 per year in 2020 and 2021.  The cash amounts of what the ETFs pay out in cash each month comes from the securities the ETF is holding.  This includes Fixed Income Securities and dividend paying Stocks.  More on this later in our  Investment " Game Plans ", and this information is also available on all ETFs  at their individual websites.
